I think this white collared top is the sweetest thing. The combo of pastel stripes and a little bow in the back instantly had me hooked. The $7 price tag is pretty enticing too. I really like the way the volume of the top looks with the wider hem of my bell bottoms but it would also be so adorable with a white jean or white shorts.
My top is from here and only $7. I can never resist an amazing bargain like that. My bell bottoms are the AG Goldie but I can't find those for sale anymore. I found you some other great bell bottom options above. My handbag is Tory Burch (similar styles above) and my sandals are Theory (similar styles above). I'm wearing the little white bow studs in my ears.
